These instructions use 1 color of tulle. If you want to use more than one color, tie strips in on "2's", 2 pink, then 2 blue...etc. The girls made their own, I just showed them how to tie one on. It goes fast from there.
(I used tulle on the roll it is already 6 inches wide, you only need to cut the length)
Most likely, after they are finished tying all
around, the tutu may look uneven in areas. Just take your scissors and snip
around to get it even.
